一名網友在Dcard論壇爆料味全龍啦啦隊成員李芷霖和自己的老公有婚外情，並貼出兩人在床上的私密照，引發網友熱議，李芷霖所屬的經紀公司緊急發聲明澄清仍無法滅火，李芷霖深夜親上火線錄影片回應，承認私密照中的女生確實是自己，但這是和球星林庭謙交往時所拍，不知道為何竟被外流。
李芷霖被控訴不但偷吃人夫，介入別人的13年婚姻，還要求男方以支付寶提供金援，李芷霖提出4點聲明，表示自己在2019年到2024年只和林庭謙一人交往，沒有當過小三，支付寶截圖記錄也是造假，至於私密照片確實是真的，但是和林庭謙交往時拍攝，另外曾傳出她向林庭謙索取6千萬分手費，她已經選擇報警處理。
